Not Just A Chart with Workouts

The program has videos explaining the workouts, giving you detailed instructions on every movement and exercise, plus support online. The program includes 5 key components.

1. Training Plans

Aiming for a PB ? A race specific training plan will make all the difference. Knowing when to increase the miles, how to add in speed work and when to taper, will have you turning up on race day in peak condition.

2. Running Technique

Most runners know running form is important. But many don’t know where to start. Your running form is only as good as your body's strength, coordination, and natural range of motion! We walk you through the key exercises that will immediately show where you fall short, and how you can improve quickly. To get you flying up and down the challenging trails.

3. Strength Routines

Good running form requires a strong coordinated body!
Too many runners lack that strength to complete a course like the Coastal Classic Run.
Follow our daily run specific strength routines and you’ll have more power when you go uphills and stamina to keep going when fatigued.

4. Mobility Exercises

Most runners know running form is important. But many don’t know where to start. Your running form is only as good as your body's strength, coordination, and natural range of motion! We walk you through the key exercises that will immediately show where you fall short, and how you can improve quickly. To get you flying up and down the challenging trails.

5. Nutritional Advice

Protein, Fat or Carbs! What you eat and when you eat it really does have a big impact on your overall performance. Get Expert Advice from our Nutritionist on how much to eat during a race, the best training fuels and how to manage your nutrition before your next big event.

I was in seventh heaven and hooked! I began immediately planning my next trail run with my friends…CC and TBM Locker Room had created a monster !!!
In seriousness I finished this race in good shape and with a very big smile because of the TBM Locker Room training plan and support. Had I continued my own spreadsheet the results would’ve been very ugly indeed and more than likely I would’ve sustained injury due to poor stability and run strength!

I did come down with the flu during taper which was really unfortunate, however got to the start line today with the goal to finish & enjoy the run. I did this and managed a PB by about 20mins.
