Step by step guide on how to Return To Running As Soon As Possible After Injury
The biggest mistake that runners make when they are returning to running from injury is trying to come back too quickly.
Typically this is because most people don't understand how their injury occurred. Was it poor biomechanics? Was it lazy glutes? Was it a stiff ankle, or a tight hamstring? Was it too much speedwork? or was it simply too much volume?
The chances are that it was a combination of these factors, and each of them has to be addressed in order to stop the injury recurring.
The usual approach of 6 weeks rest, followed by a couple of easy weeks training, then ramping things back up again, almost never works.
This 10-Week Return to Running program will help you to address each of these factors to help you make a successful return to running.

Thank you for getting me back to running injury free, for getting me running my fastest time ever and for all the support. To say that I am beyond happy is an understatement. Highly recommended
After 17 years of inactivity, I began running again. I started getting injuries like calf strain and Achilles tendinitis. The advice I received from these guys has kept me running, improving and most importantly injury free for almost three years.
I had a 15mm tear in my foot fascia, after 6 months rest, this plan was perfect. I could follow it everyday and within a few weeks I was already surprised at how far I could run, pain free while sticking to the program. This is the best program I have found to keep me injury free.
