This plan is suited to anyone that has been injured and is now ready to return to running. If you currently have a pain or niggle that is more than a 2-3 / 10, we recommend you get it properly diagnosed before returning to running. Running with an injury can potentially cause more harm and delay your recovery.
How long will it take to receive the training plan?
Immediately. Your login and access information will be sent to the email address you provide. When you login, weeks 1 and 2 will be available to view online, with detailed instructions on how to complete each activity. Each week new content will be added to your plan.
I haven't run for a while and I am worried I won't be able to stick to the plan.
